Exercise
#10a:
Modern
slaves today:
I
think that having slaves is not a good way to treat human in the right proper
way. I think that slaves should be treated in much better way. About slavery
nowadays, it’s not a good for 12 people living in one room and share one bathroom.
Also, where 200 slaves share 2 kitchens and have to pay their debt. Slaves even
don’t have enough money to eat or even to buy clothes now days. I think that
slaves are treated cruelly and badly and this is not a proper way to treat a
human being and even not respecting them.
I
made my house and I found that 60 slaves work for me.

Exercise #10b:
The UAE ensure human rights for the workers by giving them
the freedom of speech, also the freedom of religion that every person or worker
can do his prayers, the women rights is a good thing that the UAE government ensure
it for women. Trafficking is illegal as the law says so the government do the
best to stop it like in march 2007 it was reported that the UAE has deported over 4,300 sex
workers mainly from Dubai.
Its important because every human
has rights, and to keep the country safe by stopping the riots from the
workers.
Exercise #10c:
Ways to fight discrimination:
By Jackie Robinson:
1) The integration of organized
baseball preceded the civil-rights revolution, and in reality baseball helped
make later reforms politically feasible by giving white Americans black heroes
with whom to identify.
2) Government had almost nothing to do with this
triumph of the competitive market. Baseball owners finally realized that the
more they cared about the color of people's money, the less they could afford
to care about the color of their skin.
By Rosa Parks:
1) Her arrest on December 1, 1955, for refusing to give up
her seat to a white passenger on a city bus in Montgomery, Alabama, triggered a
year-long bus boycott, an event that is generally seen as the beginning of a
decade-long battle against segregation that mobilized millions and won the
support of workers all over the world.
